Can I modify an order that I just placed?

As all orders are processed automatically, it is not possible to modify them. If you need to make changes to your order or to the delivery address, you can contact our Customer Service customerservice@vivalavidaofficial.com. If we will still be on time, we will do our best to satisfy your request.

Where is my package?

Once the order has been sent, the transport company will send an email with the order tracking link to the email address indicated in the customer form.

¿How much time does my order take to arrive?

If the order is placed before 12:00 hours, we guarantee delivery to the transport company within 48 business hours. We inform you that during dates of high order traffic (sales, Christmas, Black Friday, etc.) the processing of your purchase order may take a little longer than usual.
