- Wire transfer
Our data to make the deposit or transfer will be provided at the time of order confirmation.
Once the order has been placed in our store, the program will direct to the website of the payment gateway where the Customer will indicate his credit card details. The Customer who makes the payment confirms that he is the owner of the credit card used.
At the time the Order Proposal is sent, only the amount will be withheld: the actual charge will be made at the time of Order Confirmation and shipment.
In the event that it is not possible to receive the payment, the Order Proposal will be automatically cancelled.
Important: At the end of the process, our payment gateway will bring you to our store where the order process will be completed.

Product guarantee
The warranty only covers manufacturing defects.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, the Customer has to submit an official claim to the Seller related to the defects and accompanied by the invoice within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the delivery note, unless this contradicts the Mandatory regulations in force in the Client's country of habitual residence.
In the event that the Seller confirms the manufacturing defect of the purchased product, the Customer will have the right to obtain:
- A replacement of the product;
- If the product is not available, a refund will be made.
The Seller will bear the shipping costs related to the return of the products considered defective.
