We ship by DHL and GLS.
Deliveries are made during business hours 9.00-18.00 from Monday to Friday, with the exception of holidays.

In all the European Countries, United States, Australia and UAE.

Shipping costs
The calculation of shipping costs occurs dynamically based on the products you have in your shopping cart.
Delivery time
Spain 24/48 hours for order placed from Monday to Friday within 12.00 am.
Other European countries from 2 to 4 days depending on final destination. For more information you can contact customerservice@vivalavidaofficial.com
For islands, under-served locations and remote areas, the delivery could take place in 2-4 working days and extra costs could be added, for further information please contact customerservice@vivalavidaofficial.com
Custom fees for Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Gibraltar and Andorra: euro 22,00
Tracking number
After processing your order you’ll receive an e-mail with the tracking number (check also the spam box) to follow your shipping.
Delivery Address
Please complete all the requested field and double check the correctness of information. VivalaVida Official won’t be liable for any errors or omissions in filling the address.
All orders are processes automatically, therefore we are unable to modify shipping and delivery schedules. If you need change the order or the address please contact our Customer Service customerservice@vivalavidaofficial, if not too late we will try to satisfy your request.
Damaged Packing
VivalaVida Official is not responsible for any delay or damaged packing.
If you receive a damaged or tampered packaging, please refuse the delivery or take a picture of the packaging, after and before opening it. If your products are damaged, please contact our Customer Service customerservice@vivalavidaofficial.com
Failed or refused delivery
In case of impossibility to deliver or delivery refused for reasons not attributable to VivalaVida Official, the shipping costs for the delivery and return of the goods and custom duties will be deducted from the refund.
In case of failed delivery, your package will be delivered to the nearest DHL/GLS access point.
GLS provides a second try for deliveries in case of absence of the recipient. After this second try, your order will be stocked at their closest service point.
In case of absence of the recipient you’ll be contacted by e-mail or by phone to arrange a new delivery or the pick-up at the service point.
DHL offers a second attempt for deliveries in Spain and a single attempt for the rest of European countries. In case of absence, the recipient will receive an email and will have access to locate the closest service point where to pick up the order.
Return and refunds
For us it is important that our customers are always satisfied.
For this reason, if you are not satisfied with your garments, you can request the return of any product within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on the delivery note.
Return conditions
a) Within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on the delivery note;
b) Don’t wear the products except for checking the size;
c) Don’t wash, alter or damage the product;
d) The product must be fully intact and with the original hangtags still attached.
If the return does not meet the conditions listed above, you will not receive the refund.
Return instructions
1. Fill the return form and send it to our Customer Service;
2. Once the return has been accepted, put all the products to be returned in their original or similar packaging as long as it protects the items from possible damage. Returns with more than one shipment will not be accepted, even if related to the same order.
3. If you decide to return via the couries indicated by VivalaVida, our Customer Service will send you the return label and you will be charged 5.90 euros for the return costs for European Countries and 20.00 euros for the rest of the world. On the other hand, you can proceed to return the goods with the shipping method you prefer, we recommend shipment with tracking number.
The refund of the total amount will be issued within maximum 14 days of receipt of shipment. The time needed for the refund will vary according to the payment method used during the purchase.
Vivalavida Official will refund the total amount including shipping cost only in case of product defect, for all the other return reasons, VivalaVida will refund the total amount except the shipping costs.
